Who We Are
Brazecom Industries was founded in 2006 by Brandon Merron. We support many industries including, aerospace, medical, defense, solar and commercial industries. We provide vacuum furnace brazing and heat treating, pressure and leak testing, MIG/TIG welding and light fabrication as well as machining services. Let us work with you on your next difficult project.
Our Leadership Team
Brandon Merron
Brandon has been in the metal joining and heat treating industry for more than 28 years. He holds a degree in Welding Technologies and Metallurgy. His expertise is in Waveguide and small component assemblies that are used in many different applications and industries. He also serves as a Volunteer Firefighter/EMT in the neighboring town of New Boston, where he holds the roles of Training Captain and Deputy Forest Fire Warden. He is also an avid snowmobiler and ATV rider.
Kim Merron
Office Manager
Kim has been with Brazecom Industries since the beginning, doing whatever was needed to help the company grow. She now has settled into the job of the bookkeeper for the business.
In her free time she loves camping, playing card games, snowmobiling, 4-wheeling and kayaking. But mostly loves hanging out with Friends and Family.
Matt Klotz
General Manager
Matt has worked in the high temp thermal processing field for over 30 years. He has advanced knowledge with microwave assemblies and machining allow him to understand the importance of producing a great part or assembly. He enjoys camping, fishing and ATVs.
Linda Harrington
Quality Assurance Manager
Linda has over 30 years of experience in the Quality field.
She has two daughters and four grandchildren. She loves to read, decorate, and hang out with friends and family.
